Captain D’s Showcases Better-For-You Menu Options

Available now through February 12, Captain’s D-Lites menu features delicious and flavorful entrée options that are under 500 calories, including Blackened Tilapia and Wild Alaskan Salmon.
“Everything we do at Captain D’s is motivated by our commitment to our guests, and our Captain’s D-Lites menu is no exception,” said Jason Henderson, head chef and vice president of product innovation at Captain D’s. “We believe that bettering yourself should not mean having to sacrifice food you enjoy, so we strive to provide our guests flavorful meals that will satisfy their appetites for under 500 calories. Each entrée on the Captain’s D-Lites menu is served on a bed of rice with steamed green beans and broccoli. Customers are also given the option to order any of the Captain’s D-Lites offerings as a full entrée salad, served with fat free Italian dressing. The Captain’s D-Lites menu includes Blackened Tilapia, Wild Alaskan Salmon, Lemon Pepper White Fish and new 10-piece Grilled Shrimp.
“Our grilled menu has been a hit since its launch in 2013 and given us the ability to expand our Captain’s D-Lites offerings with updated recipes, new flavors and a larger variety of options,” added Henderson.
