Jersey Mike's Subs Opens First Edison Location

Franchise owners Chris Rigassio, Phil Nisbet, John Lovisolo, and John Stathis held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, December 14 to Sunday, December 18 to support Edison High School.

The new restaurant, located at 1100 Route 1, circulated 10,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 donation to Edison High School.

“We are excited to open our group’s sixth location, this one in Edison,” said Rigassio. “For our grand opening, we are partnering with Edison High School, and distributing over 10,000 free sub cards with a $2 donation throughout the community. Growing up as a kid down the shore, eating Jersey Mike’s my whole life, and am now being able to bring my love for the sandwiches into the Central New Jersey area is a dream come true.”
