Walk-On’s now has 11 locations: four in Baton Rouge, one each in New Orleans, Lafayette, Houma, Shreveport, Lake Charles and Bossier City, La., and one in Lubbock, Texas. Other locations are on the way in Alexandria, Ascension Parish and Metairie, La.; Austin, Beaumont, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio and Tyler, Texas; Auburn and Tuscaloosa, Ala.; Gainesville and Tallahassee, Fla., Gulfport, Miss.; and Knoxville and Nashville, Tenn. Several additional markets across the Southern United States are likewise on the drawing board.
