Available May 31st through August 8th at participating locations, the “Tony Roma’s Is Smokin’!” menu features a variety of hot new dishes including Smokey Baby Back Ribs, Hickory Grilled Salmon and Smokey Chicken Skewers.

The smoldering begins with the new Avocado Fries appetizer, featuring Cilantro Lime Sauce and cooked to crispy perfection. Rib fans will get fired up when they dig into the new Smokey Baby Back Ribs, slathered with a delicious Smokey BBQ sauce that evokes the nostalgic flavor of backyard barbeques with the family. Looking for something to skewer your appetite? Try the Smokey Chicken Skewers, alone or as a combo with the Smokey Baby Back Ribs, paired with fresh grilled vegetables and basted with the new Smokey BBQ sauce. Seafood fans will also love the bold flavor of the Hickory Grilled Salmon, grilled to perfection and infused with hickory smoke.
No limited time menu is complete without a sweet dessert, so come try the exotic new Berries & Mascarpone Cream Cake and Passion Fruit Romarita®, the perfect complements to any Tony Roma’s dish. The Berries & Mascarpone Cream Cake’s house made pound cake is topped with fresh berries, and frosted with mascarpone, an Italian cream cheese.
