June 19, 2017 // Franchising.com // Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Whittier on June 14. Franchise owner Alvaro Garcia held a grand opening and fundraiser from Wednesday, June 14 to Sunday, June 23 to support the Police Officer Association.
The new restaurant, located at 13809 E. Whittier Blvd., circulated thousands of flyers throughout the community each containing various offers. For each offer redeemed, Jersey Mike’s will make a $3 donation to the charity from June 14 to June 23 as part of a 10-day grand opening celebration.
