In her new role, Sims will be overseeing the operations and financial responsibilities of Alabama, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Arkansas territories and helping to hire and develop talented professionals for these areas.
Sims’s career at Captain D’s spans over two decades, beginning with her first job as a Guest Specialist and placing her in every position in the restaurant operations arena: Hospitality Supervisor, Assistant General Manager, General Manager, Operations Standards Auditor, and Area Director. Her impressive results, coupled with her guest-centric drive and her people development focus, have garnered her several awards within the company, including “Best in District,” the “DO PRIDE” Award, two “Vice President PRIDE” awards, Best in Company Key P&L Rankings, as well as a coveted Company Values Award. She also serves as part of Captain D’s Area Director Mentor program.
