Dwyer Group Welcomes Adam Kirschman as Vice President of Franchise Development Marketing

December 05, 2017 // Franchising.com // WACO, Texas - Dwyer Franchising, LLC (“Dwyer Group”), one of the world’s largest franchising companies of trade service brands, has hired Adam Kirschman for the newly-created position of Vice President of Franchise Development Marketing.

In this elevated role, Kirschman will lead marketing initiatives to support franchise development across one of the largest and fastest-growing groups of franchise brands in the world.

“As we approach $2 billion in systemwide sales across our growing franchise networks, we remain committed to surpassing that goal with the very best franchisees representing our service brands,” said Lisa Zoellner, Dwyer Group Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer. “Adam [Kirschman] will lead the strategic growth initiative to attract the best, qualified franchisee prospects across North America to join Dwyer Group’s 2,700 franchise owners worldwide.”

Nearly 10 years of marketing, franchise and leadership expertise prepared Kirschman for this important role. He most recently served as the senior franchise marketing manager for TBC Corporation, the largest marketer of tires in the U.S., overseeing franchise marketing for their 3,000 auto franchise units including Midas International and Big O Tires.

As director of marketing for Harris Research, Inc., Kirschman managed all franchise development marketing, product marketing, national advertising and vendor management with a franchise company with over 4,000 locations worldwide. Previously, he worked in public health marketing with the National Center for Shaken Baby Syndrome and Huntsman Cancer Institute.

Kirschman holds a bachelor’s degree in biology and public health from Utah State University as well as an MBA from the Huntsman School of Business.
