Between them, they bring more than 50 combined years of experience in the hospitality industry with a sterling track record of explosive brand growth and backgrounds in sales, leadership and guest services.
Joe Luck will serve as the Regional Vice President of Franchise Sales & Development covering the West Coast. He arrives at Red Roof from Hotel Equities, a hotel management company where he served as VP of Development. Previously, he held multiple Vice President roles at Wyndham Hotel Group from 2003 to 2016 where he delivered impressive sales results year after year, transforming sales teams into deal-closing machines. As VP of New Construction Franchise Sales & Development, he led the construction and development of more than 100 new hotels, totaling nearly 10,000 rooms across 24 states.
Tom Williams, stepping into the role of Franchise Development Director for properties in Florida and Louisiana, has produced and cultivated impressive sales numbers at stops across the hospitality industry throughout his accomplished career. Prior to joining Red Roof, he served as a Senior Account Manager for VENZA, creating new revenue streams through selling cyber security and PCI learning modules to hotel management and ownership groups. He spent nearly 15 years at Squirrel Systems, where he received the prestigious Top Salesman Award.
