Red Roof® Promotes Leslie Fisher to Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Training

Fisher has worked at Red Roof for over a decade, rising through the ranks from Director of Training, to Vice President, Human Resources and Training, and now to her current role. As SVP, she will continue to provide leadership to the Human Resources, Training, and Quality Departments and take on an even greater strategic role in cultivating Red Roof’s talent.
Fisher started working at Red Roof in 2007 as Director of Training, where she successfully managed talent development and training initiatives for both corporate-managed and franchise operations. Her caring and people-oriented approach earned her a promotion to Vice President, Human Resources and Training in 2013, where she assumed leadership for all HR operations of the business while maintaining her focus on development for the brand. In 2017, Fisher began working with the Quality Department to create programs to further drive brand performance.
Under Fisher’s leadership, the Red Roof Human Resources and Training department has become an award-winning, well-oiled machine, racking up seven high-profile recognitions since 2015.
