First of Three Planned Office Evolution Business Centers in Phoenix Opens in the East Valley

May 14, 2018 // Franchising.com // Phoenix, AZ - Office Evolution, a rapidly-growing B2B franchise offering co-working space, private office space, virtual offices and business services, has teamed up with local entrepreneur and business leader, Kyle Timmons, to open a new business center in Phoenix, the first of three locations to be developed by Timmons in the East Valley.

The new 6,000 square foot center, located in the vibrant East Valley Ahwatukee area at 4435 E. Chandler Blvd., Suite 200, offers small businesses and entrepreneurs professional, on-demand office space with 24/7 access. Members can choose from several packages that also include business mailing and telephone answering services and administrative support. Best of all, the office building provides free parking - without the congestion of downtown traffic!

The bright, airy, second floor center, in the heart of Ahwatukee, is conveniently located within easy access to both I-10 and the Loop 202 San Tan freeway extension. The facility is near numerous hotels, shopping and restaurants. The center includes 24 offices (14 exterior, 10 interior), three micro-offices, two dedicated desks, a drop-in co-working area for up to 22 people, two conference rooms accommodating from four to 10 people, as well as a kitchen and mail room.

Timmons has been granted franchise rights to develop two additional centers in the East Valley bounded by southern Phoenix, southern Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler and Gilbert. Timmons is an entrepreneur having founded and built a very successful dispute resolution firm specializing in complex financial disputes. He is an active member of the Chandler and Ahwatukee Chambers of Commerce. As a previous client of Office Evolution, Timmons saw the value of the services and space provided by Office Evolution. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Actuarial Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

The market demand for co-working space, private furnished office space, virtual offices and business services is expected to continue its rapid growth trajectory as corporate America continues to outsource many jobs that can be performed more cost-effectively by contractors.
