First of Two Office Evolution Business Centers Planned for Dallas/Ft. Worth to Open in Southlake

Worth area and nine in the state.

The new 6,900 square foot center, located in the desirable Southlake Town Square area at 180 State St., Suite 225, offers small businesses and entrepreneurs professional, on-demand office space with 24/7 access. Members can choose from several packages that also include business mailing and telephone answering services and administrative support. Best of all, parking is free – and without the congestion of downtown traffic!

The bright, airy, second floor center is conveniently nestled in the heart of the Southlake Town Square shopping district within walking distance of numerous retailers and restaurants. The facility offers easy access to the Northwest Parkway and is minutes from Dallas-Ft. Worth Int’l airport (DFW). The center includes 26 private furnished offices, a community kitchen, a co-working lounge and two conference rooms that can accommodate from 6 to 25 people.

Vicki and Bob have been granted franchise rights to develop another center in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Bob is an entrepreneur himself, having operated as a consultant for several years helping companies grow their businesses. Prior to this, he spent 25+ years in finance and operational leadership roles with Halliburton. He earned his undergraduate degree in business from Southeast Missouri State University. Vicki was a surgical nurse in her past career.
