Jersey Mike's Subs Opens First Prosper Location

July 02, 2018 // Franchising.com // PROSPER, Texas - Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Prosper on June 27. Franchise owner Matt Jones held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, June 27 to Sunday, July 1 to support Kids Prosper Kids.

The new restaurant, located at 4740 West University Drive, circulated 5,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 contribution to Junior Achievement.

"Jersey Mike's has given me an incredible opportunity. This wouldn't have been possible without them, along with all the support and encouragement from family and friends,” said Jones. “Becoming a part of the Prosper community and paying it forward is my goal."
