Tint World® Opens First Louisiana Location in New Orleans

National Automotive Styling Centers™ franchise has opened their first Louisiana franchise in New Orleans, fusing tinting and auto customization with classic and antique restoration.

July 13, 2018 // Franchising.com // NEW ORLEANS, La. - Tint World® Automotive Styling Centers™, a leading auto accessory and window tinting franchise, has opened in Jefferson Parish within the New Orleans metropolitan area. Owned and operated by Stephen Klein, the store will provide the community with the recognizable products and services expected from Tint World®, such as mobile electronics and car stereo upgrades, vehicle customization and window film, but will also incorporate an antique and classic restoration shop.

Klein has been involved with automotive work since he was just a teenager working on antiques with his grandfather. What started as a hobby quickly became monetized, and he financed his time in college by fixing up cars and then selling them. He later opened and operated an antique and classic restoration shop in Baton Rouge for 7 years, but he shut down the shop after his father became ill and moved to New Orleans where he then reopened.

“Klein’s experience and expertise with restoration and customization perfectly compliment our brand,” said Charles J. Tint World® of New Orleans will allow Klein to lead with the recognizable Tint World® brand visibly positioned at the front of his hybrid location. Combining two unique yet complimentary businesses, Klein will operate his franchise with the addition of his hot rod and classic restoration business in the back.

“I worked with a degree of auto accessories at my older store, but it was just on a smaller scale,” Klein said. “There’s a huge demand for it though, and that helped bring me to Tint World®.
