Franchise Business Review - Scooter’s Coffee a Top Franchise Leader in 2018
Franchisees Are Highly Satisfied with Scooter’s Coffee’s Leadership According to Independent Research Firm
July 31, 2018 // Franchising.com // OMAHA, Neb. - Scooter’s Coffee, the Midwest-based coffee franchise that has experienced tremendous nationwide growth over the past year, was identified by the independent satisfaction research firm, Franchise Business Review, as being one of only 50 franchisors to qualify for its 2018 list of the Top Franchise Leaders.
Todd Graeve has served as CEO of Scooter’s Coffee for the last two years, after working his way up through the ranks. Graeve has a background as a CPA. Under his leadership, Scooter’s Coffee is quickly approaching 200 locations, while expanding its Midwest footprint.
To select the executives on the list, Franchise Business Review analyzed 18 months’ worth of data from approximately 27,000 franchisees, representing 240 brands, regarding their brands’ leadership and culture as well as their overall satisfaction with their brand and their likelihood to recommend it to others.
Scooter’s Coffee franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including leadership, training and support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations and financial opportunity.
“The Scooter’s Coffee brand is making sure we deliver the most amazing service possible while improving the lives of those we come into contact with,” says Mike Rogers, Scooter’s Coffee COO. “That commitment to quality service extends to our franchisee partners. As their satisfaction is vital to the success of this company, we are thrilled franchisees are satisfied with the leadership and vision of the executive team under the guidance of Todd Graeve. Todd has put forth a concerted effort to maintain a community-like atmosphere as we grow, and the results of this survey indicate franchisees are appreciative.”
“Most of the franchisees we talk to are investing in a business to make a profit, certainly,” says Michelle Rowan, President and COO of Franchise Business Review. “But they also want to feel that the executive team cares about their personal success and communicates openly and transparently. That’s how you develop relationships built on trust and respect - and that’s what makes a great leader. The fact that Todd Graeve was chosen by the people whose business success is dependent on his leadership is a clear recognition of his talent, vision and dedication to franchisee satisfaction.”
