Jersey Mike's Subs Opens First Clark Location
August 07, 2018 // Franchising.com // CLARK, N.J. - Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Clark on August 1. Operating Partner Frank Jablonski held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, August 1 to Sunday, August 5 to support Emmanuel Cancer Foundation.
The new restaurant, located at 301 Central Avenue, circulated 10,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 contribution to Emmanuel Cancer Foundation.
“I’ve been a long-time fan of Jersey Mike’s,” said Jablonski. “I’m from North Jersey but have family living in Point Pleasant and would always stop at the original Jersey Mike’s store while I was down there. My favorite sub is #6 Roast Beef. Prior to working for corporate, I worked in the quick service industry which was next to a Jersey Mike’s. I met Rich MacLachlan, who is the operations director for Jersey Mike’s and joined his team.
“For this grand opening, we will be helping support the Emmanuel Cancer Foundation which is a charity that is close to this community,” Jablonski added. “It provides families faced with pediatric cancer a place to turn for comfort and support. If you haven’t donated to this charity before, now is the perfect time! We look forward to seeing everyone at our opening.”
