The new location is owned by husband and wife duo, John and Margaret Howell and close friend Kenneth Lynch, who were inspired to open a home care business that truly raised the bar in terms of providing dependable care after having to care for their loved ones from afar. During that time, they found gaps in quality of care, and knew they wanted to enter the senior care space and provide the greater Richmond area with the best care possible.
