Jersey Mike's Subs Opens Second Lancaster Location

Franchise owners and brothers Bill and Jack Violante held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, October 24 to Sunday, October 28 to support Special Olympics Southern California.

The new restaurant, located at 44418 Valley Central Way, circulated 7,500 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 contribution to Special Olympics Southern California.

“I have always dreamed about owning a restaurant,” said Bill Violante. “When we were children, we used to travel back and forth between California and New York to visit our grandfather who had owned a deli in Brooklyn, NY. His deli was our first inspiration.”

"Fast forward years later, we had our first Jersey Mike’s sub here in California and were blown away by the taste!” said brother Jack. Bill's favorite sub is the #13 the Original Italian and Jack’s is the #2 the Jersey Shore’s Favorite.
