Jersey Mike's Subs Opens First Altoona Location

Franchise owners Matt and Kristie Patterson with operating partner Ashley Horner held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, October 31 to Sunday, November 4 to support UPMC Hospital.

The new restaurant, located at 505 E. Plank Road, circulated 7,500 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 contribution to UPMC Hospital.

"We are excited to open our Altoona location in the new Kranich Plaza,” said Matt Patterson. “My wife and I have been looking for a great location in Altoona for years and we are pumped to finally have this dream come to fruition. Serving this community is going to be a blast!"
