LA’s Wellness Center to the Stars Looks to Northern California as Part of Next Expansion Wave

Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center targets the Bay Area as part of regional expansion efforts

December 20, 2018 // Franchising.com // LOS ANGELES - Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center (BHRC), Hollywood’s secret weapon in the fight against aging, is looking to continue its expansion throughout its home state of California. Already established as one of America’s most widely respected leaders in age management and wellness, the Los Angeles-based franchise plans to span its footprint further up the West Coast.

With two locations open and operating in California, company plans call for an expansion into the Bay Area over the next several years. While there are no set locations, Co-Founders Devin Haman and Dan Holtz believe that several metro areas would be ideal to establish Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center, including: San Francisco, Santa Clara, Sonoma, Napa and more. The company believes that the Bay Area can hold up to six clinical spas.

“For over a decade, BHRC has been refreshing the faces of LA’s top celebrities and style-conscious residents. We have clients upstate who regularly make trips down the coast to our Los Angeles and New Port spas to receive treatment,” said Devin Haman, who co-founded Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center in 2005 with long-time friend Dan Holtz. “With proven success in Southern California, we look forward to making our winning services more accessible to other parts of California, beginning with the Bay Area.”

Known for its advanced techniques and pioneering treatments, BHRC offers affordable, transformational and non-invasive services such as laser treatments, facial treatments, hormone replacement, weight loss and injectables. Other innovative treatments include coolsculpting, body contouring, hair restoration and vaginal rejuvenation

Today, BHRC has quickly become the go-to medical spa for celebrities such as international model and star of Bravo’s “Real Housewives of Miami,” Joanna Krupa; television and film actor, Dean Caine; and legendary actress, Morgan Fairchild; among others.

Caine has described BHRC as his “fountain of youth,” while Krupa vows BHRC is “The only place I go to look and feel great.”

“At BHRC, we pride ourselves on improving the health and appearance of our clients, while providing them a more enjoyable and fulfilling life. While BHRC continues to see tremendous growth nationally, we’re excited to continue expanding our footprint regionally as well,” noted Holtz. “We’ve seen first-hand the profound difference treatments have made in our patients lives, and hope to improve the lives of countless others as we execute plans to establish BHRC in the Bay Area.”

Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Centers are beautifully designed and spacious, and occupy approximately 2,000 square feet of Class A retail space in high traffic, high visibility locations. Each center operates under the direct supervision of a physician. In some situations the franchisee is also the Licensed, Supervising Physician, however that is not a requirement of franchise ownership.

Including a franchise fee of $50,000, the estimated initial investment to open a BHRC franchise ranges from $540,000 to $881,000.

Today, there are 12 locations servicing clients in five states (California, Arizona, Texas, Nevada and Florida), with nearly a dozen more in various stages of development. Company plans call for having as many as 100 total locations open in the next five years.
