Jersey Mike's Subs Opens First Rancho Cordova Location

February 11, 2019 // // RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif. - Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Rancho Cordova on February 6. Franchise owners Daniel and Nancy Goldstein, Emily Lavenbarg, Jared Goldstein, and Jessica White held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, February 6 to Sunday, February 12 to support Sacramento Food Bank.

The new restaurant, located at 2808 Zinfandel Drive, circulated 10,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 contribution to Sacramento Food Bank.

“It has been a lifelong dream to own a sandwich shop,” said Daniel Goldstein. “I was initially attracted to Jersey Mike’s because of the food and the atmosphere. One of the first Jersey Mike’s stores I went into, I could tell the staff were happy working there. I enjoy the friendly banter that takes place between the employees behind the line with the customers.” When Daniel was asked what his favorite sub was, he couldn’t decide on just one! He has three top favorites: the #20 Grilled Pastrami Reuben, #13 The Original Italian, and #10 Tuna. His wife Nancy likes the #6 Famous Roast Beef & Provolone and the #7 Turkey Breast & Provolone.
