Jersey Mike's Subs Opens Third Richardson Location

Franchise owner Eric Paletti and operating partner, Sonny Fondren, a brother and sister team, held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, March 6 to Sunday, March 10 to support RISD Excellence Foundation.

The new restaurant, located at 2040 E. President Bush Highway,circulated 7,500 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $1 contribution to RISD Excellence in Education Foundation.

“We’ve been with Jersey Mike’s for over ten years now and in that time, we’ve seen the company grow into something truly remarkable,” said Paletti. “Jersey Mike’s has always made the best sandwiches in the world and that’s what initially drew us into the company. However, the company’s commitment to the customer and making a difference in our communities is what makes us excited to be part of this and has us even more excited for what’s to come.

“A lot of companies talk about giving back and helping others, but few truly deliver on those words the way Jersey Mike’s does and again- we’re just so proud to be a part of it,” he said. “We’re really looking forward to opening this store and having people come in to help us support the RISD Excellence in Education Foundation. They’re a great charity and they’re doing great things in the Richardson school district to help students achieve more in the classroom and even help to provide college scholarships.
