The Goddard School in Long Hill Now Open
Local Couple Opens Play-based Learning Preschool to Better Serve Area Families
May 13, 2019 // Franchising.com // LONG HILL TOWNSHIP, NJ - Sumara and Imran Ahmad, owners of The Goddard School located in Long Hill, wanted to branch away from their corporate jobs on Wall Street to start a new adventure.
They decided to open The Goddard School in Long Hill Township, NJ to fulfill a dream of owning their own business while giving back to their community.
“Our children were the basis behind our decision to start the journey of opening up The Goddard School located in Long Hill. It was extremely difficult to find a school that combined nurturing and individualized attention with a 21st century learning program. We believe that a strong foundation in early childhood education is a key to their success in years ahead.” said Sumara Ahmad, onsite owner of the Goddard School located in Long Hill Township.
Goddard Systems, Inc., franchisor of The Goddard School, announced the School in Long Hill officially opened on May 13 and is now enrolling!
This is the first Goddard School in Long Hill Township and its among more than 500 locations in 37 states. The 8,611-square-foot building will serve about 135 children ages six weeks to six years old and employ about 26 faculty members.
The Goddard School offers a unique play-based F.L.EX. Learning Program (Fun Learning Experience) that's grounded in research on how children learn best: children experience the deepest, most genuine learning when they are having fun. The focus is on building each child's emotional, academic, social, creative and physical skills to provide a well-rounded experience and ensure each one becomes confident, joyful and fully prepared in school and in life.
The newest preschool will be open Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
