Jersey Mike's Subs Opens First Jefferson City Location

Franchise owners Derek Kent, Kelli Kent, and Jackie Floyd held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, August 21 to Sunday, August 25 to support United Way of Central Missouri.

The new restaurant, located at 2111 Missouri Blvd., circulated enter number coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 contribution to United Way of Central Missouri.

“We can't wait to share the world's greatest sub with Jefferson City,” said Jackie Floyd. “We've operated other restaurant concepts in Jefferson City for the past 3 years, and have loved being involved with many aspects of the community. At Jersey Mike's, we will deliver the same level of quality service and ingredients with antibiotic-free meats, freshly grilled cheesesteaks, and cold subs sliced to order.
