Patrick Guay and Phil Howells are Bringing MOOYAH Back for Massachusetts Fans on September 16th

The restaurant, reopening on Monday, September 16th will be located at 199 Boston Rd #8, North Billerica, MA. The Billerica reopening marks the fourth MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes restaurant for Patrick Guay and Phil Howells. With the success at their other MOOYAH locations in Massachusetts and Connecticut, they couldn’t wait for the opportunity to be part of the Billerica community.

“Billerica is a natural extension of our operations. We are excited to bring our community focused approach to this fantastic market.” Guay said.

The two business owners realized there was a gap in the fast-casual market in Massachusetts—there just wasn’t a brand in the space offering Guests made-to-order “better burgers,” hand-cut fries and real ice cream shakes. Guay emphasizes how MOOYAH allows customers to eat a high-quality meal made with fresh ingredients for a low price.

They were instantly attracted to the burgers, fries and shakes franchise not only because of the amazing food, but the family-focused environment that the business encompasses, which is an important part of Guay’s and Howells’s lives. The pair opened their first MOOYAH in Northborough, Massachusetts in 2016 before next adding locations on UCONN’s campus and in Newington, Connecticut. In fact, Guay and Howells regularly organize fundraisers through their three MOOYAH locations, and last year alone they raised well over $10,000—all of which went back into the local community. Whether following sporting events or church and school gatherings, MOOYAH is a great place to come together as a community and enjoy a meal.

Each gourmet burger can be customized with six cheeses, Applewood smoked bacon and sliced avocado, along with ten free veggie toppings and ten free sauces.

MOOYAH's hand-cut fries come together in a six-step process that takes a total of 24 hours to completely prepare. A delightful combination of constant attention and a little magic help transform U.S. #1 Idaho potatoes into perfect, crisp-on-the-outside and fluffy-on-the-inside fries. Guests also have the choice of savory sweet potato fries.
