Jersey Mike's Subs Opens First Roanoke Rapids Location
October 21, 2019 // Franchising.com // ROANOKE RAPIDS, N.C. - Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Roanoke Rapids on October 16. Franchise owners Martin Anderson and Nathan Hanchey held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, October 16 to Sunday, October 20 to support The James & Connie Maynard Children’s Hospital.
The new restaurant, located at 264 Premier Blvd., circulated 7,500 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $3 contribution to The James & Connie Maynard Children’s Hospital.
“Nathan and I are extremely excited about opening our Jersey Mike’s in Roanoke Rapids and thrilled to be partnering with The James & Connie Maynard Children’s Hospital,” said Anderson. “Eastern North Carolina is so very fortunate and blessed to have this children’s hospital. Their close proximity to Roanoke Rapids is a huge benefit to all the local children and to those parents that have had or will have the unfortunate experience and need for the services they provide, like I have. They are a passionate group of people that give their all each and every day to our kids and we hope everyone will come out and experience the best sub in the country, while helping an awesome cause.”
