Office Evolution Opens Sixth Location in California Market

Coworking franchisor’s explosive growth continues with first location in Folsom-Sacramento area

November 05, 2019 // Franchising.com // Louisville, Colo. - Office Evolution, the largest coworking franchisor in the U.S., continues its expansion in California by opening its newest coworking space location in Folsom. The location will open on November 18. The brand also has locations in Los Gatos, Ontario, Mill Valley, Westlake Village and Walnut Creek.

Located at 50 Iron Point Circle, the 7,200 square-foot center is owned and operated by Jennifer and Marcus Cain. This location is strategically placed to service small businesses and independent employers in both the Folsom and Sacramento secondary markets. It will offer 30 private offices and two conference rooms as well as a communal shared workspace area for drop-in workers. This is the first of two locations that the Cains plan to open in the area. Though an address has yet to be announced, the Cains believe that Roseville is a strong market for their second Office Evolution location.

“Office Evolution differs from other brands because it emphasizes the service to secondary markets,” said Marcus. “We truly believe that our new Office Evolution location will greatly help small businesses and independent employers in the Folsom area elevate their operations and take their business to the next level.”

The Cains plan on using their prior business experience and their dedication and passion for helping the small businesses in the area to make their Office Evolution a great success, but more importantly to help bolster the Folsom business community.

“We believe in the Office Evolution concept and are incredibly proud to bring this brand to the Folsom area,” said Jennifer. “Office Evolution is dedicated to helping small businesses and independent employers not only reach their goals, but to exceed their own expectations and that is something we are very excited to play a part in.”

Office Evolution, with 64 locations open and nearly 80 in various stages of development, is the largest coworking franchise and the fourth largest network in the U.S. The model is based on local owners who are committed to serving their community, backed by the resources and distribution of a national brand and network is unique to the category. With more than 24 million non-employer businesses in the U.S. and more than 3.5 million U.S. businesses with four employees or less, demand for shared office space is high.

“Our franchisees play a key role in serving our clients to the best of our abilities,” Office Evolution COO and Global Workspace Association Board Member William Edmundson said.

“Marcus and Jennifer are passionate about the Folsom community and we know that their center will be a great asset in helping Folsom small business owners achieve their goals.”

With dedicated work spaces, including private offices, conference rooms and shared workspace, Office Evolution has solutions for every business. There are also phone-answering services, address & mail services and other professional capabilities to make each small-business owner exceed their goals.

“The dedication to the brand that Marcus and Jennifer show is what Office Evolution is all about,” said Mark Hemmeter, founder and CEO of Office Evolution. “Community-driven partners like the Cains are what makes us successful in helping entrepreneurs and small business owners. We are proud to have them open their center in Folsom and we have no doubt that it will be successful in helping the local business community.”
