There are two components to this notification program. If a location purchases media for an immediate timeframe, a calendar notification will accompany the receipt which will programmatically create a calendar notification when the media will be in-market. This enables locations to plan for both traffic and staffing, as well as eliminate the onus of tracking in-market dates.
If the brand is planning for the year, an alternate work-flow is generated. As the in-market timeframe of the media buy approaches, an email confirmation for payment is sent to the location, and at the time of media purchase, the same calendar invite for in-market notification will be sent.
No other platform provides this level of planning and notification for impromptu or planned media tactics.
