Office Evolution Further Developing Virginia Marketplace

Nation’s largest coworking franchisor adding location in downtown Fairfax City; will be the brand’s third Virginia location.

March 10, 2020 // Franchising.com // Louisville, Colo. - Office Evolution, the largest coworking franchisor in the U.S., is continuing its rapid growth in markets across the country, most recently by signing a lease for a location in Fairfax City. This new location will join existing Office Evolution coworking spaces in Herndon and Tysons Corner.

The newest Office Evolution location will be owned and operated by local husband-and-wife duo Fred and Fran Franke. The new 10,138-square-foot coworking space will be located at 10304 Eaton Place in the heart of Fairfax City. The space will provide tenants with access to 33 private offices, six group offices, three large conference rooms, and a shared drop-in space that can support roughly 16 people. The Frankes hope to open their location in late fall of 2020.

Office Evolution, with 67 locations open and nearly 80 in various stages of development, is the largest coworking franchise and the fourth largest network in the U.S. The model is based on local owners who are committed to serving their community, and is backed by the resources and distribution of a national brand.
