Multi-Unit Owners Grow Swim School Portfolio with Leading Learn-to-Swim Franchise

Located at 1117 W Baltimore Pike Suite C, the school provides swim lessons and water safety instruction to infants and children ages four months to 12 years. This new opening further propels the brand’s explosive growth in 2021 as it continues aggressive expansion across the country with both single and multi-unit owners.
The school is owned and operated by Greg and Alexandra DeRise, and Anthony Pistilli. The DeRises and Pistilli are also owners of the Goldfish Swim School – Malvern which opened in 2018. The trio saw now as an opportune time to expand with the brand as parents continue to prioritize the importance of water safety.

In line with the company’s core values, the ownership group’s core focus will be educating children on water safety while teaching them how to swim and respect the water. Families in the community now have access to the school’s renowned proprietary curriculum, The Science of SwimPlay®, which helps to build life skills both in and out of the water using play-based learning in a fun and safe environment. The 8,600 square-foot school features a 75 x 25 ft pool – kept at a comfortable 90 degrees – and a viewing room nearby for families.
