Pizza Factory Named Top Franchise for Women

Franchise Business Review Recognizes Fast Casual Concept’s Culture of Inclusion and Empowerment

With high franchisee satisfaction rates among its female demographic, the ever-evolving brand was recently named one of 50 Top Franchises for Women in Franchise Business Review’s 2021 report.

While this recognition is timely, a culture of female entrepreneurship has been engrained in Pizza Factory’s foundation from inception. In fact, the brand’s longtime CEO Mary Jane Riva started as a Pizza Factory franchisee before working her way through the leadership ranks.
