Entrepreneur earns the distinction of one of 2021’s most influential restaurant CEOs

April 22, 2021 // Franchising.com // Orlando, Fla. - Standing out from the crowd of restaurant CEOs, Jeremiah’s Italian Ice founder and CEO, Jeremy Litwack, has been recognized by NRN as one of the most influential restaurant CEOs. In addition to NRN’s award, the Jeremiah’s brand was recently named to QSR’s 40/40 list for 2021 and has also been recognized by QSR as One to Watch, as one of Orlando Business Journal’s ‘Fast 50 of Central Florida in 2019, one of the Orlando Sentinel’s ‘Best Bets’ 9 years consecutively since 2010, and recently received the Orlando Foodie award for ‘Best Frozen Treats’ for the 10th straight year since 2010.

Founded in 1996, Jeremiah’s has dominated the frozen dessert market in Florida, building a cult-like following and legion of die-hard fans across its 22 corporate locations, and developing itself upon the foundations of an engaging, family-friendly culture. Litwack, whose passion for frozen treats began in high school set out after college to develop his own techniques and recipes to create the most indulgent and refreshing Italian Ice product he possibly could. Litwack then moved to Central Florida with hopes to introduce a new product to a market that was previously unfamiliar with it, and then focused his efforts on taking his tasty treats to the entire Southeastern United States after the success achieved in Florida. Jeremiah’s frozen treats have gained immense popularity across Florida and gained a loyal customer base in all of their locations. Each store boasts an upbeat atmosphere full of vibrant colors and offers over 40 flavors of indulgent high-quality Italian Ice, as well as creamy Soft Ice Cream to create their famous “cool combos.” Jeremiah’s Gelati, which features layers of Italian Ice swirled with thick, homemade soft ice cream offers nearly limitless flavor combinations.
