International Construction Executive Launches Intelligent Leadership Executive Coaching® Business

As a former international construction executive, and former member of ABC National Industrial Contractors Council, Turner will solve leadership problems and build strong cultures in businesses of all sizes and types, from Fortune 500 companies to small and medium-sized businesses.

Turner will assist businesses by aiding in the development of both their emerging and existing leaders, such as c-level executives, vice presidents and mid-level managers. As a construction executive for more than 40 years, Turner directed large projects ranging from airports to oil refineries. During his time in the construction industry, he developed a passion for identifying and developing emerging leaders, having seen firsthand the negative impact to revenue, profitability and reputation that underdeveloped leaders can cause. He also saw the tremendous, positive impact that effective executive coaching can have on a company’s bottom line, as well as individuals and communities.

He’s worked with at-risk youth and led programs in Texas penitentiaries, teaching these groups the skills needed to eventually enjoy positive careers.
