Office Evolution Makes its Wisconsin Debut

Flexible workplace provider continues fulfilling demand for affordable workspace where members live and work

July 29, 2021 // Franchising.com // MADISON, Wis. - Office Evolution - locally owned and operated flexible workspaces  - is happy to announce the opening of its first Wisconsin location. The new location is owned by Madison locals Keith and Rhonda Kometer, who wanted to help the community’s small business professionals by providing them with a flexible coworking space close to where they live. It is the first location the couple will open in the area, with plans for one more in the near future.

The new 9,948-square-foot business center is located at 2921 Landmark Place, just off the Beltline, and is looking to serve business professionals in Madison, along with the Verona, Fitchburg, Middleton and Monona suburbs. On a hill overlooking the scenic UW Arboretum, Office Evolution of Madison offers its members 55 private office spaces, varying in size from 60 to 120-square-feet, a coworking space, a conference room and a boardroom.

With a seasoned career in marketing and product development, Keith Kometer was attracted to the Office Evolution brand by its family-centric culture of Ohana, a Hawaiian word for family.

“Office Evolutions offers its members an inclusive and supportive working environment close to the suburban communities where they live, which is an increasingly important aspect now with our changing workforce” said, Kometer. “As entrepreneurs, we find it very fulfilling to help other local business owners grow and succeed.  Rhonda is excited to use her 20+ years of experience in customer service and consultative selling to bring that Ohana philosophy to life in our business center. Working together to bring Office Evolution to the Madison community is something we are very passionate about.”

Office Evolution’s national network of locally operated locations has provided remote workers and business owners alike with access to affordable workspace close to home with flexible terms. These spaces are where innovation happens, and business performance is enhanced. The brand’s presence has grown during the pandemic, as businesses of all sizes shift their focus towards flexible workspace to get out of the home while avoiding the expenses and restrictions inherent in traditional office space. This transition from traditional workspaces to more flexible options in suburban markets has positioned Office Evolution perfectly for growth.

“As the first location in the state of Wisconsin, we are dedicated to supporting Keith and Rhonda by providing them with the corporate assistance they need to expand in the region.” said Mark Hemmeter, CEO and founder of Office Evolution. “The close-knit relationship between our local owners and our members is the bread and butter of our brand and what has led to our recent success and expansion.”
