Local Owners Now Have Opened Their Third Southern California Location

The global furniture franchise’s new West Coast location is now open, introducing its bold, functional furniture paired with boutique-style service to new customers in California.

PALM DESERT, CALIF. (PRWEB) January 18, 2022 - BoConcept continues to expand, offering tailored approaches for each customer’s specific living-space needs.

The brand’s newest location, which has opened in Palm Desert, is in the capable hands of franchisees Stephane and Stephanie Duval, who already own two BoConcept locations in Los Angeles and Costa Mesa.

The Duvals first encountered BoConcept in France, where the brand opened its first franchise in 1993, and the experience made a lasting impression.

“We liked the style of the brand and the quality,” Duval said. “We met the BoConcept team four years ago and had a really good feeling. We believed the brand had the potential to do really well in California and we could develop more than one store.”

BoConcept prides itself by offering premium quality, modern designs and top-notch, customized service. This level of service for all franchise locations is made possible by the “many tools offered by BoConcept. It’s a different kind of support than that offered by other franchises,” Duval explained.

BoConcept offers a level of service that is not available at big retailers. The brand’s design consultants will actually form relationships with customers and figure out exactly what will work in their environment.

It’s clear that BoConcept has found its stride, and this was even more affirmed with the 300th international location opening in Dedham, Massachusetts earlier this year. With sights set on the next couple of years, BoConcept plans to reach 350 stores by 2023.

The Palm Desert store will be located at 73375 El Paseo.
