Ziggi’s Coffee Continues Colorado Expansion With New Location In Lafayette

July 21, 2022 // Franchising.com // Ziggi’s Coffee® is excited to announce the opening of their first location in Lafayette, Colorado. Located at 2396 Balmstone Dr., this new location is owned by local franchisees, Brett and Tammy Russell, and features an indoor café and drive-thru lane.

The Russells have been Ziggi’s customers from the beginning. They watched this company grow immensely throughout the years while enjoying their diverse menu and fun atmosphere. When the opportunity to own their own Ziggi’s arose, they knew it would be the perfect fit.

“We saw the support and program that Ziggi’s offered their franchisees and just knew we had to be part of this company,” said Tammy Russell. “We are excited to open this location, with two others in development, including a location in Erie that we will break ground on this fall.”

This new Ziggi’s location will give the community a place to grab a delicious cup of coffee, breakfast or snack item in a comfortable café setting or on-the-go. This location is open Monday – Friday from 5:00am – 7:00pm and Saturday – Sunday from 6:00am – 7:00pm.

With the goal to become a staple in this community, site selection was key for the Russells, and they ultimately chose to open their Ziggi’s near the local hospital. "We both grew up in this area, and have been part of the medical field, so this location is our way of giving back to the local community and supporting our hardworking healthcare professionals,” continued Russell.

To celebrate, the community is invited to a Grand Opening event on Saturday, July 30th, where guests will be treated to a free 16oz drink of choice*. The new location offers a wide selection of handcrafted beverages from coffee classics to signature favorites, an assortment of delicious food options and a kidZone menu featuring kid-friendly items.
