Pinch A Penny to Open New Store in Deep Creek, FL

December 16, 2022 // Franchising.com // Deep Creek, FL — Pinch A Penny recently opened its newest store in Deep Creek, Florida, outside of Port Charlotte. The new store is located in the Deep Creek Center at 1544 Rio De Janeiro Ave. Punta Gorda, FL 33983.

The Pinch A Penny Pool Patio Spa is owned by Deep Creek resident Michael Doerr. The Wisconsin native moved to Florida last year.

Prior to coming to Pinch A Penny, Doerr spent 34 years in telecommunications operations management.

“Deep Creek is an ideal location for a Pinch A Penny store due to the number of pool owners in the surrounding area,” said Doerr. “We have already worked with many customers in the neighborhood who own pools that were damaged by Hurricane Ian several months ago. I’m glad we are able to help others in their recovery and we look forward to continuing to be a trusted resource to pool owners in Deep Creek and the greater Port Charlotte area.”

In addition to pool supply retail, Pinch A Penny offers ongoing maintenance and repair services, like water testing and pool service. The new store is open seven days a week with operating hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday, and 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday.
