Ziggi’s Coffee Warms Up South Dakota with Opening of First Location in Rapid City

March 01, 2023 // Franchising.com // SOUTH DAKOTA - Ziggi’s Coffee continues its path across the U.S., opening new locations in new states; this time in South Dakota. Rapid City is the latest city where Ziggi’s is laying down roots and brewing up delicious drinks. With a warm and inviting atmosphere, the 2,000 sq ft café and convenient drive-thru is the perfect place to meet with friends, get some work done or drive through for a quick drink.

Franchise owners Jason Reinicke and Celeste Ramos are excited to begin their entrepreneurial journey and introduce the community to Ziggi’s. The couple started the process in Colorado, where Ziggi’s was founded, and planned to open their location there. But plans changed when an unexpected work trip brought them to South Dakota and they became enamored by the beautiful state.

“My wife and I fell in love with this community because of its small town feel and family atmosphere; the very same reasons we fell in love with Ziggi’s,” said Reinicke. “The company values and culture are a perfect fit for the people of Rapid City and we can’t wait to become the best part of our customers’ day.”

Reinicke has 20 years of retail management experience, which has taught him a lot about what it takes to make a business successful. Together with Ramos, the couple is excited to become a part of the community and make sure their customers always receive an amazing product and have a positive experience that keeps them coming back.

To celebrate, the community is invited to a Grand Opening event on Saturday, March 11, where guests will be treated to a free 16oz drink of choice*. The new location offers a wide selection of handcrafted beverages from coffee classics to signature favorites, an assortment of delicious food options and a kidZone menu featuring kid-friendly items.
