Swimming Pool Retail and Services Franchise Adds Newest Location

March 15, 2023 // Franchising.com // Ft. Worth, TX - Pinch A Penny opened its newest store in the Ridglea Hills area of Ft. Worth, Texas on Friday, March 10. The new store is located at 6645 Camp Bowie Blvd., Ft. Worth, Texas, 76116. The standalone store is located one mile from the Market at Ridglea shopping center.

The Pinch A Penny Pool Patio Spa is owned by Chris Weis and his wife, Nicol. The franchise has been offering pool service to local customers since September 2022, and the storefront location will now be open to customers to shop for all their pool care and maintenance needs.

Chris Weis is a U.S. veteran who served two tours of duty in Afghanistan. Prior to joining Pinch A Penny, he owned an independent pool service, repair, and maintenance business in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area for seven years., Chris will handle pool service and repair in the field. Nicol will work on the retail side and oversee the daily operations of the store while managing employees and administrative responsibilities of the business.

“Ft. Worth is a growing market and Ridglea Hills has a lot of homes currently being remodeled, which includes pools,” said Chris Weis. “We look forward to providing reliable and trustworthy service so that families in this area can enjoy time together in and around their pools.”

In addition to pool supply retail, Pinch A Penny offers ongoing pool service and maintenance, water testing, equipment repair services, pool resurfacing, and more. The new store is open seven days a week with operating hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday, and 12:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.
