Save A Lot Re-Opens in Prestonsburg, KY

Local store owners bring high quality food to community

March 29, 2023 // Franchising.com // PRESTONSBURG, KY - Save A Lot, one of the largest discount grocery chains in the U.S., today announced it’s coming back to the Prestonsburg community. The store, located at 525 Village Dr., will mark its grand opening on March 29, giving local residents the opportunity to experience Save A Lot’s outstanding quality and value.

To celebrate the grand opening, the morning will kick off with a ribbon cutting at 9 a.m. Save A Lot CEO Leon Bergmann will join Saver Group store owners Dale Combs, Wendell Combs, Larry Noe and Chief Operating Officer Keith DeFisher along with the Floyd County Chamber of Commerce to mark this exciting event for the community. Following the ribbon cutting, customers can enjoy a cookout in the parking lot from 10 a.m.– 2 p.m. with free samples including Eckrich Sausage and Smithfield Sausage, among others.

During the March 29 event, the store will also be giving away a free item to the first 100 people in line. This generous offer continues through April 4 to the first 100 people to enter the store on those days.
