The restaurant will serve its signature award-winning biscuits and gravy, plate-sized pancakes, and breakfast and lunch items from The Big Biscuit’s extensive menu.

Open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and closed only on Thanksgiving and Christmas, the Midwest City Big Biscuit is located at 7199 SE 29th St. #113.

The modern brand headquartered in Prairie Village, Kansas, focuses on elevating the guest experience, emphasizing top-quality comfort food prepared with a twist and served with genuine hometown hospitality.

To help make the pumpkin pancakes a next-level experience, pecans and vanilla icing are available as add-on toppings.
