The highly anticipated ramen spot will entice guests with an exquisite selection of over a dozen acclaimed dishes, simmered to perfection for over 20 hours. The menu also features flavorful small plates, shareable items, and a fully stocked bar featuring captivating cocktail creations.

“Florida has warmly embraced us, and we're thrilled to extend our presence here in Oviedo,” said JINYA Founder and CEO Tomo Takahashi. “We can't wait to share more of our culinary delights and cultural experiences, and we eagerly anticipate the local community joining us in this celebration.”

The festivities kick off with a special treat for the first 50 lunchtime visitors at 11 a.m., followed by another 50 lucky diners receiving free bowls of ramen during the evening service starting at 5 p.m. Guests can savor the flavors of JINYA's newest Florida location every day, from Sunday to Monday, between 11 a.m. and 10 p.m.
