The new restaurant, located at 2027 State Highway K in Frontier Plaza, is planned to open in late March 2024 and will be the first traditional location for the brand in the state of Missouri.
“I’ve been in the restaurant industry my entire life, starting as a shift manager at McDonald’s when I was sixteen, and eventually owning my own healthy eating cafe inside a medical community for seven years,” said Mark Notz, a classically trained chef and seasoned restaurant operator. “At the concept I was previously working at, two regular guests at the restaurant approached Monica and me and they asked if I was ready to take the next step in my career journey. They offered to help – as long as it was something that we all felt passionate about, enter MOOYAH, with its high-quality, delicious foods and amazing hospitality. Today they are our wonderful partners.”
Mark's background includes management roles at McDonald's, Freddy’s and Domino's, as well as entrepreneurial ventures in computer services. The couple’s wealth of experience reflects their lifelong entrepreneurial spirits and has paved the way for their exciting venture in bringing a high-quality franchise to the Greater St. Charles area.
