Rock N Roll Sushi Finds Perfect Harmony with Southeast Florida Franchise Agreement

January 04, 2024 // Franchising.com // TAMPA, Fla. - Rock N Roll Sushi recently signed an Area Development Agreement with brothers Vincent and Nicholas Gannascoli to open two locations in southeast Florida. The brothers moved from New York to Florida in 1994, and have owned and operated three Tropical Smoothie Cafés in the Stuart and Jensen Beach area for the past 22 years.

“We loved the Rock N Roll Sushi concept and thought the brand was unique and different, so we decided to bring it to southeast Florida,” said Nick Gannascoli.

Vincent Gannascoli added, “There really isn’t anything like it – with the great food and awesome atmosphere, it’s a truly unique overall dining experience. We’re excited to bring this concept to our area!”

The Gannascoli brothers signed on with Rock N Roll Sushi to open two locations, but are considering more. They anticipate opening their first location in Q2 of 2024, in the heart of Stuart at the Baron Shoppes Plaza at 2620 SE Federal Highway. This location will be Rock N Roll Sushi’s first restaurant along the Treasure Coast.
