Buddy’s Home Furnishings Awards Three Locations in South Florida

January 09, 2024 // Franchising.com // ORLANDO, Fla. - Buddy’s Home Furnishings has awarded an area development agreement for three locations in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. to father and son, Mark and Max Zinn, and Andrea Foley of Card Sound Partners, an investment company specializing in entrepreneurship through acquisition.

At Card Sound Partners, Mark, Max and Andrea help entrepreneurs search for, acquire, operate and grow established small businesses. Max graduated from the University of Chicago with his bachelors in economics and now applies his expertise to streamlining business operations.

Mark was an investment banker prior to joining Card Sound Partners and also remains a partner of Battea Class-Action Service, a company he helped found in 1998.

Foley spent nearly two decades in hospitality before working her way up from a personal assistant to a partner at Card Sound Partners. As a partial owner of the forthcoming Buddy’s locations, she will spearhead the customer service and training alongside Zinn’s strategic operational leadership.
