Port of Subs Signs Regional Development Deal for Minnesota

March 05, 2024 // Franchising.com // MINNEAPOLIS - Port of Subs announced today a regional development deal that is set to redefine the sub-sandwich experience across Minnesota.

Port of Subs will develop the locations alongside Pat Mancuso, a serial entrepreneur who brings a background in residential property management and multi-unit franchise ownership in Minnesota with Keller Williams Real Estate. Mancuso was also a regional director for the brand. He will work alongside his daughter, Ashley Mancuso, who serves as a partner and vice president of regional development operations for their new venture with Port of Subs.

The Mancuso's aim to open the first location within the agreement in the next six months.
