SUCCESS® Space™ Signs Regional Developer Agreement in Atlanta

March 26, 2024 // Franchising.com // ATLANTA - SUCCESS Space announced its recently signed 8-unit regional developer agreement with local Atlanta businessman, Alvin Shah.

The agreement falls within the brand’s newly launched regional development program, which presents potential franchise partners with the opportunity to secure protected development territory rights to develop multiple SUCCESS Space locations. Shah, who is the managing partner of First Option Mortgage, also has a history of franchising with QSR and fast-casual restaurant concepts. Shah’s agreement allows him to grow the brand’s footprint in North Atlanta while partnering with dedicated franchise operators.

SUCCESS Space's regional development program provides a clear path for ambitious individuals who wish to secure protected development territory rights to grow and develop SUCCESS Space locations within specific territories. Within Shah’s regional development deal, he will open his first location alongside his business partner, Jose De La Rosa, a commercial realtor in Atlanta.

Designed to meet the demand for a suburban, modernized workspace, SUCCESS Space offers coworking office spaces, an express SUCCESS Café™, certified SUCCESS® Coaching, and a SUCCESS World™ metaverse. The coworking spaces aim to support and enhance the growth of local business professionals and solopreneurs who are both socially minded and technically savvy.

“Alvin’s professional background creates a perfect synergy with SUCCESS Space,” said Ted Laatz, president of SUCCESS Space. “His expertise in commercial and residential real estate and franchising provides him with a unique perspective and ability to successfully further our mission in key markets in Atlanta. Alvin is a valued franchise partner and we are confident in SUCCESS Space’s bright future in Atlanta alongside him.”
