Salata Salad Kitchen Opens Restaurant in the Elyson Community

April 26, 2024 // Franchising.com // CYPRESS, Texas - Salata Salad Kitchen officially announced the grand opening of its newest restaurant in Cypress. The new restaurant is located within the Elyson community at 22310 FM-529 in Cypress and is conveniently situated off the Grand Parkway.

Salata restaurants feature fully customizable, built-to-order salads, wraps, soups, organic teas and lemonades, along with fresh fruit, vegetables and lean proteins, which are all prepared and chopped daily in-house. With five salad bases, over 50 toppings and 11 house-made, gluten-free dressings, guests can create meals tailored to their lifestyle. Salata can be enjoyed through online ordering with pick-up and delivery, as well as dine-in and catering. Guests can earn points and rewards with every purchase by joining Salata’s Tastemaker Rewards program.

To celebrate the grand opening on April 25, the new Elyson restaurant hosted a dine for a cause initiative where on-site adoptions will be available through Cypress Lucky Mutt Rescue. Other special offerings available during the grand opening included:

The Elyson Salata is the 20th Salata restaurant opened under Joe Piro and Supreme Greens, LLC. Piro and his team are the largest franchisee group within the Salata system.
