Illinois — 1 new franchise
- Naperville, IL – Shajan Shajan
Virginia — 4 new franchises
- Richmond, VA – Ryan Kim
Ohio — 3 new franchises
- Mansfield, OH – Timothy Plumley and Joel Spitzer
