This new shop, owned by Christopher Griffin and Michael Harmon of CGM Automotive Services, marks Big O Tires' entry into the Dallas market.

Friends since the age of 10, Griffin and Harmon’s Big O Tires franchise shop marks the pair’s first business venture together. Harmon, a six-year U.S. Marine Corps veteran, was intrigued by the Big O Tires due to the company’s reputation for providing straight answers and reliable service to customers, as well as the support for veterans and first responders.

With 10 service bays, the new Big O Tires location in Carrollton is a one-stop shop for a full range of diagnostic, repair and routine automotive maintenance services. From oil and air filter changes to wheel alignments and brake repairs, the team is ready to support local customers with all of their automotive needs. The shop also carries a wide variety of tires suited for cars, light trucks and SUVs, plus a full range of wheels, batteries and more.

The Big O Tires franchise shop in Carrollton is open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays.
