Tony Roma’s Unveils Winter Flavors with New Seasonal Menu

Available February 10 through April 12, this limited-time menu offers hearty, flavorful dishes perfect for winter gatherings, family meals, or date nights out on the town.
Tony Roma’s continues to lead the way in innovative, satisfying dining with these seasonal creations. From rich, tender meats to comforting appetizers and sides, the winter menu offers a variety of indulgent flavors that perfectly capture the essence of the colder months.
Highlights from the menu include:
- Braised Lamb Shank: Tender braised lamb shank served over roasted garlic mashed potatoes, green beans and served with ancho chili infused demi-glace.
- Boursin-Crusted Rack of Lamb: Marinated grilled rack of lamb roasted with a Boursin fresh herb panko crust over a creamy butternut squash sauce with crispy brussels sprouts.
- Shrimp Linguini with Lobster Cream Sauce: Shrimp lightly sauteed with fresh basil, garlic, tomatoes and linguini all tossed in creamy lobster sherry pink peppercorn sauce, finished with asiago cheese.
- Smokey Bourbon Old-Fashioned BBQ Ribs: Tony Roma’s Classic Ribs with a bourbon old-fashioned BBQ glaze served with garlic herb redskin mashed potatoes and zesty lemon pepper seared green beans.
Tony Roma’s is also introducing seasonal beverages including mocktails and a Valentine’s Day-themed punch, to pair perfectly with the winter menu.
Highlights from the drink menu:
- Peppermint Hot Chocolate: Mexican hot chocolate with peppermint, a hint of coffee mixed with rum.
- Raspberry Chocolate Espresso Martini: Chocolate vodka mixed with raspberry and sweet cream.
- Dry January Detox Mocktail: Gentle mix of cucumber, sour mix, ginger and club soda/
- Cupid’s Kiss Punch: Strawberries mixed with kiwi, vodka, and sparkling energy drink.
